LEGAL :- All disputes with respect to the Programs and Courses conducted by Vivekanand Institute of Management & Technology. and all services and content (both online and offline) provided by them, shall be subject to the Jurisdiction of Delhi Courts alone. All disputes pertaining to Vivekanand Institute of Management & Technology Programs and Courses will be resolved by Vivekanand Institute of Management & Technology at its sole discretion. Decision of Vivekanand Institute of Management & Technology in this regard shall be final and binding on the Candidate / Students.
